Landscape use
- Used in xeriscape schemes with a low water budget.
- Aromatic foliage and flowers suit sensory gardens.
Care notes
- Gives its best colour and densest habit in full sun.
- Low water demand once established; suited to dry-garden schemes.
- Evergreen; keeps its foliage through winter.
- Regular watering in the first season after planting, while the plant moves from container to soil, is the most critical care step.
